Safety is our #1 concern at Murphy's Adventures! A safety brief will be given once all guests have arrived and before embarking on your day of fun! Please report any safety concerns to the captain immediately. Guests with significant medical conditions (such as allergies, diabetes, etc.) are encouraged to inform the captain — privately if preferred — to ensure appropriate care can be provided in the event of an emergency. The captain is certified in CPR and first aid.
Children under the age of 13 are required by law to wear a life jacket at all times while on board. No exceptions.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following refund policy applies:
14+ days before reservation: Full refund
14 days to 48 hours before reservation: 50% refund
Less than 48hrs: No refund
Should the cancellation come from our end due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets on board! While all furry companions are invited to join, please be mindful of space limitations based on the number of guests—both two-legged and four-legged. Keeping safety in mind, please consider any dog over 50lbs as one "human" passenger.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets and may incur a detailing fee for excessive messes. If your pet needs a break, simply let the captain know, and we’ll gladly make a stop ashore to accommodate them.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay a charter due to weather. In the case of a weather cancellation, the guest will have the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another day within the current boating season.
Adults 21+ may BYOB on board and consume responsibly. In the interest of safety, should the captain determine that a guest is impaired due to excessive alcohol consumption, the guest may be refused additional beverages and/or politely asked to disembark.
The use of tobacco or vaping products is not permitted on board the vessel. Should a guest need to do so, the captain may dock at the nearest appropriate location to allow a brief disembarkation before resuming the charter.
The possession or use of drugs in any form is strictly prohibited on board the vessel. If illicit drug use is observed or suspected, the charter will be terminated immediately, and guests will be required to disembark at the nearest public dock, with return transportation to their vehicles at the guests’ own expense.
